How to use Scented Bleach | Cherry Blossom & Peach
For Laundry:
- Sort laundry by color.
- Add detergent.
- Fill bleach to max line in dispenser or add 1/2 cup bleach to wash water.
- Add clothes and start wash.
- For best results, add to wash 5 minutes after the wash cycle has begun.
For surfaces:
- Prewash surface.
- Mop or wipe with bleach solution (1/2 cup Clorox™ Scentiva™ Scented Bleach per 1 gallon of water).
- Allow solution to contact surface for at least 6 minutes.
- Rinse well and air dry.

Clorox has not conducted a formal septic safety analysis for this product. Until this assessment is completed, we do not recommend using Clorox™ Scentiva™ Scented Bleach with your septic system. Please always follow directions for use on packaging.
Clorox™ Scentiva™ Bleach products are not registered disinfectants. If you need a registered disinfectant, you can purchase Clorox Disinfecting Bleach or Clorox Splash-Less® Bleach at almost any store that sells laundry products. Make sure that "Disinfects" or "Kills germs" appears on the label.
No. We don’t recommend mixing Clorox™ Scentiva™ Scented Bleach with other household chemicals, since toxic fumes could result.
