Yes. When used as directed, Clorox® Bleach Foamer is safe to use in septic systems. The bleach breaks down rapidly to mostly salt and water.

Yes. Used as directed, Clorox® Bleach Foamer shouldn’t pose hazards to your pets, children or pregnant women. In general, it's a good idea to remove pets and children from an area when cleaning it and to follow label precautionary instructions. When out of use, as with many household cleaners, you should keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Both household bleach and Clorox® Bleach Foamer contain sodium hypochlorite as their active ingredient. This is the ingredient that makes Clorox® Bleach Foamer so effective at removing mold stains and mildew stains. However, Clorox® Bleach Foamer also contains surfactants (detergent-type ingredients) that give it more cleaning power on hard surfaces, particularly on soap scum.

Clorox® Bleach Foamer is safe for most bathroom surfaces, including grout, tile, tubs, fiberglass, glass shower doors, vinyl curtains, counters, sinks, and no wax floors. However, you should rinse immediately after use on rubber, plastic, vinyl, metal and old porcelain.

It’s easy to refill the new Smart Tube® spray bottle. Simply twist the trigger on the spray bottle counterclockwise and pull upward to remove the trigger head. Refill the spray bottle. Then, to replace trigger, align the red-tipped tube on the trigger over tub opening inside of the bottle. Press straight down on the trigger until it clicks into place. See video.
