How to Get Mayo Out of Clothes

Laundry

Scrape
Hold the mayo: Scrape away excess mayonnaise, but don’t rinse the stain.

Two
Pre-Treat
Pre-treat with liquid laundry detergent or dish soap.

Three
Wash
Wash on the hottest recommended setting with detergent and Clorox® Regular Bleach2 with CLOROMAX® for whites or Clorox 2® Stain Remover & Color Booster for colors.

Four
Dry
Before drying, make sure that the stain is gone. Repeat wash if necessary.

Tip

Pretreat with clorox® stain remover & color booster. rub in gently 5–10 mins. do not allow to dry on fabric.

Remove
Remove excess mayonnaise.
Two
Wipe
Wipe surface clean with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes. For stuck-on stains try Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes with Micro-Scrubbers.

Rinse
Rinse surface. Mayo days be stain free.
