Clorox ToiletWand

There are lots of choices when it comes to cleaning a toilet. Whether you love a traditional toilet bowl cleaner that you squeeze onto the inside of the bowl and then scrub with a brush, or want a tablet you can drop in the tank for automatic cleaning, or need a simple cleaning wand with disposable cleaning pads, Clorox has your toilet covered. Read on to learn about the different options for all your toilet cleaning needs.

Manual Toilet Bowl Cleaners

All you need is a toilet brush and one of our manual toilet bowl cleaners to keep your toilet bowl sparkling clean. The bottle makes it easy to squirt the cleaner under the rim, helping to whiten and brighten the bowl, and destroy tough stains.

For bleach-based cleaning with Clorox® Bleach, you have two choices: Clorox® Toilet Bowl Cleaner-with Bleach and Clorox® Toilet Bowl Cleaner-Clinging Bleach Gel. For rust or hard water stains, avoid using products with sodium hypochlorite bleach. Instead, choose Clorox® Toilet Bowl Cleaner-Lime & Rust Destroyer, formulated without bleach so you can effectively clean rust, lime scale, hard water and calcium stains.

Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaners

If you are wishing the toilet would just clean itself, it can! Clorox® Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner has the cleaning, stain removing, and deodorizing power of Clorox® Bleach to help keep your toilet bowl clean and fresh between scrubbings. If you prefer water with a blue color change, try Clorox® Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner-Bleach & Blue.

The tablets are easy to use: after taking the lid off the tank, flush the toilet to drain the water out of the tank; then, while the toilet tank is low, drop a tablet into the rear right hand side of the tank before it refills with water. That’s it!

Each time a toilet with Clorox® Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner is flushed, in 5 minutes the toilet bowl is sanitized. Just be sure to flush toilets with in-tank automatic toilet cleaners at least once a day.

Clorox® Disinfecting ToiletWand® Disposable Toilet Cleaning System

When you need convenience or the toilet just won’t get cleaned, the Clorox® Disinfecting ToiletWand® Disposable Toilet Cleaning System is the way to go. The starter kit includes everything you need: an easy-to-use wand that attaches to disposable cleaning heads that come pre-loaded with cleaner. Store the wand and Clorox® Disinfecting ToiletWand® Refills in the caddy until you are ready to use them.

To clean the toilet, click the cleaning head onto the wand, dip it into the water in the toilet bowl for 1-2 seconds to activate the cleaner, then scrub all the surfaces above the water line, including under the rim. Let stand – surface must stay visibly wet for 5 minutes to sanitize or 10 minutes to disinfect. When finished, flush the toilet, discard the cleaning head in the trash, and store the wand in the caddy until the next cleaning. Easy and convenient!

Clorox® Foaming Toilet Bomb

Who says cleaning a toilet can’t be fun? All you have to do is drop a Clorox® Foaming Toilet Bomb Toilet Bowl Cleaner into the toilet bowl and watch it foam as it dissolves, then use your own toilet brush to scrub the foam around the bowl, cleaning the toilet. There’s no need to mess around with recipes for a DIY toilet bomb that may not even work anymore!
