How to Clean Blinds
Keep your mini-blinds clean by vacuuming and cleaning with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes. Here’s how:
- Fully extend the blinds.
- Close the blinds loosely so the top of the slats are facing you.
- Start at the top and work down.
- Using a vacuum with a HEPA filter and a brush attachment, vacuum the blinds, rotating the orientation of the blinds from closed to open as you vacuum.
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions for what cleaning products are allowed on mini-blind surfaces. Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes may be appropriate for vinyl, plastic, aluminum and sealed wood, and can easily wipe away built up dust and grime.
- If allowed, wipe each slat with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes, gently wiping the top and underside of the slats at the same. Use additional wipes as needed.
- Air dry
