How to Get Sriracha Out of Clothes

Blot
Gently blot or wipe to scrape away as much of the stain as possible. Do not rinse.

Pre-Treat
Pre-treat the stain with liquid dishwashing detergent. Wait 10 minutes and then rinse in lukewarm water.

For white, bleach-safe items, pretreat with a bleach and water solution made with ¼ cup Clorox® Disinfecting Bleach added to ¾ cup water, then immediately wash as directed in step 4.

Wash
Use the hottest setting recommended with regular detergent and ⅓ cup Clorox® Disinfecting Bleach for bleach-safe whites or Clorox 2® For Colors Stain Remover and Laundry Additive for colors or white items with spandex.

Dry
Air-dry and then check for success. Repeat if necessary.

Start by checking care labels. avoid bleaching wool, silk, mohair, leather and any item containing spandex.
