If you are not satisfied with your Clorox™ PURE™ purchase after trying for 30 days, we will refund your money up to $5.99 for Clorox™ PURE™ Allergen Neutralizer Daily Air Spray 8 oz.; or up to $6.99 for Clorox™ PURE™ Allergen Neutralizer Fabric & Carpet Spray 26 oz. 

1. Download and print the refund form. 
2. Fill out the form and follow submission instructions. 
3. If you can’t print the form, handwrite the requested information on a 3" x 5" card and include name and mailing information.
4. Be sure to enclose the UPC code of the product that was purchased and the original, dated cash register receipt with the purchase price of the product(s) circled.
