Removing egg stains from whites and colors
Scrape or brush off excess egg particles, and rinse out the stain with cold water.
Pre-soak garment in cold water for at least 30 minutes with a laundry detergent that contains enzymes.
Repeat as necessary and check for success before machine drying. Be thankful it wasn’t bacon.
Pre-soaking in cool water is essential because hot water could cook the egg protein and set the stain.
Removing egg from surfaces
Wipe away excess egg. Grab Clorox® Clean-Up® Cleaner + Bleach.
To clean and disinfect: Spray 4–6 inches from surface until wet thoroughly. Let stand 30 seconds.
Rinse or wipe clean.
