Removing mustard from whites and colors

One
Blot
Don’t get tardy. Quickly blot away the excess and rinse in cool water from the back.

Rub
Rub any residual stain gently with Clorox® Bleach Pen Gel prior to laundering.

Three
Wash
Wash immediately in the hottest water recommended using detergent. Add ½ cup Clorox® Regular Bleach2 with CLOROMAX® to whites or Clorox 2® Stain Remover & Color Booster to colors.

Four
Dry
Inspect the item. If any stain remains, repeat the steps above prior to drying the item.


Tip
Wash quickly as the turmeric in mustard is a yellow dye that could become permanent.

Remove
Remove excess mustard.
Two
Wipe
Wipe surface clean with Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes. For stuck-on stains try Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes with Micro-Scrubbers.
Three
Rinse
Rinse with water. You mustard being more careful!
