Removing soy sauce from whites and colors
One
Blot
Blot away the excess right away. Like right now. Then give the stain a good flush with cool water.
Two
Pre-Treat
Pre-treat whites with a Clorox® Bleach Pen Gel, and colors with Clorox® Stain Remover & Color Booster.
Three
Wash
Read care instructions and wash with detergent on the hottest recommended setting. Add Clorox® Regular-Bleach1 to whites and Clorox® Stain Remover & Color Booster to colors.
Four
Repeat
Before you put the garment in the dryer, check and see if the stain’s gone. If not, repeat the steps before drying it.
Tip
Dish Duty
Turns out dishwashing liquid isn’t just for the soy sauce left on the plate — in a pinch you can use it to treat the stain.
