Are you seeing red?
Removing blood stains from whites and colors
After a hug and comforting word, quickly rinse out stain with cold water.
Pre-soak in cold water with laundry detergent for at least 30 minutes, then rinse.
Repeat until stain disappears.
Wash in cold water with your favorite detergent. Add Clorox® Regular-Bleach1 to cold water to white loads.
Keep extra clothing that your child likes at daycare for a quick change.
Removing blood stains from surfaces
Give the stained area a quick pre-wash and rinse.
Wipe the area with a solution of 2 teaspoons of Clorox® Regular-Bleach1 per 1 gallon of water for at least 2 minutes.
Kiss the boo boo better and let the surface air-dry.
