Brings colors back I bought this to brighten colors...IT WORKS!!!! I've gotten rid of clothes due to the faded colors but now the colors are bright again. Whites are white...I mean WHITE!!!! Brought clothes back to life! For a while I decided to try the "bargain" detergents to see if they were really a good value. Well, they weren't! In no time my clothes acquired a distinctive odor because the bargain detergent was not cleaning them at all. I ended the laundry experiment and switched back to branded detergents in November 2011. Also, for the first time in years, I purchased a box of Clorox 2 to try to remedy the situation without having to throw out thousands of dollars worth of clothing and towels. Within the first wash Clorox 2 took and the brand detergent took out the odors that the bargain detergent left behind. The whites - from socks to towels - were white once again. Everything, I kid you not, smelled and felt clean. Lesson learned! Never experiment with your laundry and always use Clorox 2. 2012-02-02 12:54:47

Disappointed I have always used this product in my wash with great success. The last time I purchased a large box and when I got ready to use the product is was a solid mass. I had to use a fork to break it up every time I used it. Very disappointed. 2012-01-26 14:50:04

TURNS INTO A BIG ROCK WORKS GOOD IF ABLE TO BREAK IT UP INTO POWDER. MOST OF TIME IS IS A SOLID BLOCK AT STORE BUT I DONT KNOW IT ,TILL I TAKE IT HOME AND OPEN IT.
