Disinfect washable colorfast toys with a solution of 3/4 cup Clorox® Regular-Bleach per gallon of water. Soak for 5 minutes, rinse and air dry.You can also sanitize toys with hard, nonporous surfaces (or plastic toys) daily by spraying with Clorox® Anywhere® Hard Surface® daily sanitizing spray.Always read and follow precautions and usage directions before using cleaning products. Because of the potential sensitivity of children to the strong odors of bleach and other cleaning products, conduct major cleaning (floors, walls, etc.) when children are not present. Then, ventilate the area and allow surfaces to completely dry before allowing access to children. Store cleaning products out of reach of children.
DIAPER PAILS
Diaper pails collect more than just diapers - they collect germs and odors too. To reduce bacteria and deodorize the diaper pail, pre-clean the diaper pail with a cleaning product prior to sanitization. Rinse well with water and drain. Pour in a solution of 3/4 cup Clorox® Regular-Bleach to one gallon of water. Let stand for at least 5 minutes. CHANGING TABLES
To clean and disinfect the diaper changing table, use Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes after each diaper change*. You can also spray with Clorox® Clean-Up® Cleaner with Bleach. FLOORS
If your child's floor is a hard, nonporous surface, clean and disinfect it at the end of the day with Clorox® Clean-Up® Cleaner with Bleach. Open windows for ventilation. Mix 1 cup of this product per gallon of water, then wet surface completely with mop. Let stand 5 minutes. Rinse and allow to air dry. For heavily soiled surfaces, pre-clean first. If you prefer a bleach-free clean, you can use Clorox® ReadyMop®.For stubborn stains on carpets, use Clorox® Oxi-Magic® Multi-Use Bleach Free Stain Remover (Powder).Always read and follow precautions and usage directions before using cleaning products.
